Earlier, Victoria’s Secret model revealed her mental health and said she suffered from “extreme depression and anxiety” for most of her adolescence and adult life. The difference in her life is that she has established a routine. To effectively cope with the discomfort, she has started keeping a journal, started guided meditation, and started drinking tea before bed as part of a self-care routine.
The 25-year-old said in a bustle interview that her morning starts with “a large glass of water and three pages of journaling.” She meditates gratefully that there is only one way to thank the world for keeping her alive and for giving her all that she has.
